Par bus
La route (National Route #6) entre Phnom Penh et Siem Reap est bonne. Plusieurs services de bus assurent la liaison en environ 5/6 heures. La plupart sont climatisés. Les prix varient selon le degré de confort (normaux, air-conditionné, deluxe). La plupart d'entre eux font une pause à Skun et Kampong Thom pour se restaurer et se soulager. Il n'y a pas de gare routière à Phnom Pehn. Chaque compagnie dispose de son emplacement. A Siem Reap, la station de départ des bus est située à Phsar Leu ('Upper Market'), à environ 2 km du centre ville. En partant de Siem Reap, la plupart des compagnies de bus assurent la navette gratuite avec l'hôtel.
