Description   

Vers la fin des années 60, la société Sears Roebuck et Company fera construire au centre de Chicago des bureaux adaptés à ses 13.000 employés. D'une hauteur de 520 mètres avec les antennes télévision et d'un poids de 222.500 tonnes réparti sur plus de 110 étages et 278.000 m², la Sears Tower est le plus grand édifice construit aux Etats-Unis.
